ช่วงก่อนหน้านี้ ผมมักจะปวดหัว ไม่สบายจมูก คือน้ำจมูกไหลบ่อยๆ แล้วหัวใจก็ไม่ดี รู้สึกเจ็บๆที่ใจ พอได้นั่งสมาธิ มีความสบายใจ ความไม่สบายกายก็หายหมดเลย
